Although I began painting professionally at the age of 53 (now 55), my connection to art started years earlier. When my daughter was young, I painted soft pastel murals across her bedroom walls — a bright, smiling sun named Charles and a serene, glowing moon named Stella. Their expressive faces and gentle colors watched over her, filling the room with warmth and imagination. I didn’t realize it then, but those murals were the first quiet signs of the artist I would one day become.

I returned to painting during a time when I needed a place to breathe, to heal, and to reconnect with myself. Creating became more than a hobby; it became a sanctuary. Through color, texture, and movement, I’ve learned to channel my energy, ease my anxiety, and navigate my emotions with intention. Art is now my refuge, my grounding place, and my joy.

Today, through 3B Designs Unlimited, LLC, I create expressive mixed‑media artwork, branded merchandise, and Studio 3B designs that reflect my story, my resilience, and my love for color.
